Shipping & Delivery
Yes - we offer free delivery on local orders over R1,500. Some items may incur additional shipping costs.

Orders usually ship within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer (timelines are noted on the product page).
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 14 days in their original condition for an exchange or store credit. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on natural variations in colour, texture, or form. For more details, view our Returns Policy
Custom orders, sale items, and used or damaged goods cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund/store credit.
