Orders, Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. This may include restrictions on quantities per person, household, or order.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

If duties are unpaid and delivery is refused, the order will be returned to Noonfolk and refunded, less shipping and handling fees. We do not accept voluntary international returns or exchanges.

By law, Noonfolk must declare the full order value on customs documents and cannot alter this information.
