Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery within South Africa
We ship using The Courier Guy. Delivery times vary depending on location:
- Major urban centres: usually 2–3 business days after dispatch

Regional or outlying areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery fees
- Flat rate: R150 per order
- Free shipping: Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping

Oversized/heavy items: Some larger or heavier pieces may carry an additional shipping fee, even if your order qualifies for free shipping. This will be indicated at checkout.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by their country.
- These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier before delivery.
- If duties are unpaid and the order is returned to Noonfolk, we will refund the order value minus shipping and handling costs.
- By law, Noonfolk must declare the correct order value on customs documentation. Requests to alter this cannot be accommodated.
Tracking
Tracking is available on request. Please contact us at hello@noonfolk.com if you would like your tracking details.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@noonfolk.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and item.
If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.
Once confirmed by the courier, we will replace or refund the item.
