We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee within South Africa, provided items are returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please email hello@noonfolk.com with your order number. We’ll arrange a courier collection at no extra cost.
Our ceramics are handmade in small batches, and slight variations in shape, glaze, or finish are part of their character—not flaws. If you’re unsure about a piece, please reach out before purchasing and we’ll gladly share extra photos or details. Refunds or replacements are only issued if a ceramic arrives with a clear manufacturing fault or damage during delivery.
